Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski is a transfer target for Liverpool during this summer's transfer window, according to a report.

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski this summer.

The 27-year-old has been with Gil Azzurri since 2016, making 239 appearances in all competitions, contributing 32 goals and 28 assists in the process.

Liverpool have previously been linked with the Poland international, as the club's boss Jurgen Klopp is believed to be an admirer of the midfielder's talents.

According to Calciomercato, the Merseyside giants have now renewed their interest in Zielinski and could attempt to bring him to Anfield during this summer's transfer window.

The Pole enjoyed an impressive 2019-20 campaign for Napoli, scoring 10 times and contributing 13 assists in 47 appearances in all competitions, including eight goals and 11 assists in Serie A.

Liverpool are in the market for a replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum and have also been linked with Leicester City's Youri Tielemans and Lille's Renato Sanches.
