Liverpool could reportedly be handed a boost in their pursuit of Luis Diaz due to Porto's exit from the Champions League.
Sergio Conceicao's side found themselves second in Group B before the final matchday, where they would meet Atletico Madrid at the Estadio do Dragao.
However, the La Liga champions prevailed 3-1 to pip Porto to second place and force the Portuguese giants to settle for Europa League football, where they will meet Lazio in the knockout round playoffs.
Following their elimination from the Champions League, Record claims that Porto could now be pressured into selling some of their star names after taking that financial hit.
Liverpool-linked Diaz - who has also been linked with Chelsea - is supposedly one of the players who could be offloaded, with Porto believed to have slapped a £42m price tag on the head of the 24-year-old.
Diaz has scored 11 goals in 14 Liga Bwin appearances this season, and his deal with Porto is set to run until 2024.
