Blackpool accept 'massive' Thomas Ince bid

Blackpool boss Paul Ince claims that the club have accepted a massive bid from Cardiff City for Thomas Ince.

Blackpool boss Paul Ince has revealed that the club have accepted a massive bid from Cardiff City for his son Thomas.

The 21-year-old, who scored 18 goals for the Seasiders last season, has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs this summer.

However, it appears that Cardiff City, who were promoted to the Premier League last season, are close to acquiring his signature.

"Cardiff have come in massively for Thomas and the chairman [Karl Oyston] has accepted their offer," Paul Ince told reporters at a press conference.

"It's a case of when he comes back, we'll sit down and see what we want to do. He loves it here and has told me he's in no rush to leave the club."

Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in their former youth player.
