Team News: Rickie Lambert, Steven Gerrard start for Liverpool

Brendan Rodgers makes three changes to his side for Liverpool's Champions League clash with Ludogorets Razgrad.

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has named club captain Steven Gerrard in his side for tonight's Champions League clash with Ludogorets Razgrad.

Rodgers has made three changes following Liverpool's 3-1 defeat against Crystal Palace at the weekend, with Lucas and Kolo Toure recalled.

Jordan Henderson also comes into the side after recovering from illness, while Rickie Lambert keeps his place as Mario Balotelli misses out through injury.

Ludogorets coach Georgi Dermendzhiev is is without goalkeeper Ivan Cvorovic who is suffering from a shoulder injury, but in-form striker Dani Abalo, who has scored four goals in his last five league matches, is fit to lead the line.
