Stephen Warnock has completed his move from Leeds United to Derby County for an undisclosed fee.
The 33-year-old has been closing in on a switch to the iPro Stadium in the past few days, and the finishing touches on an initial 18-month deal have now been completed.
Speaking earlier this week in an interview with The Sun, Leeds owner Massimo Cellino said: "Warnock asked me on Saturday for two more years of contract. I said 'we will see at the end of the year'.
"When a player is 30, they will only get a year-by-year contract - that is my rule. He is older, lives in Liverpool and refused to move to Leeds - and is often complaining. So I am happy for him."
Warnock, who has been capped twice at international level by England, joined the Yorkshire outfit from Aston Villa 12 months ago, with his last appearance for the club coming against the Rams at the back end of last year.
