Bayern Munich have reportedly reached an agreement with Maccabi Tel Aviv to sign goalkeeper Daniel Peretz.
The German giants are in the market for a new shot-stopper after allowing Yann Sommer to join Inter Milan, while Manuel Neuer is still recovering from a broken leg.
A number of goalkeepers have been linked with Bayern in recent weeks including Manchester City's Stefan Ortega, Leeds United's Illan Meslier, free agent David De Gea and Chelsea's Kepa Arrizabalaga, who has now joined Real Madrid on loan.
Nevertheless, Bayern have turned their attention to Israel international Peretz, and journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that the Bundesliga champions have agreed a deal with Tel Aviv worth £5m plus add-ons to sign the 23-year-old.
Romano adds that Peretz is due to travel to Munich for his medical after representing Tel Aviv in Thursday's Europa Conference League clash with Celje.
Peretz has kept a total of 44 clean sheets in 101 appearances for Tel Aviv across all competitions since and including his debut in 2019.

Over in England, Leeds United are reportedly leading the race to sign Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara.
The 27-year-old has spent the last four-and-a-half years with the Scottish giants since joining for just £50,000 from Dundee in February 2019, and he has made 193 appearances in all competiitons, scoring nine goals and providing 11 assists.
However, Kamara has fallen out of favour at Ibrox since the appointment of Michael Beale as head coach midway through last season, and a summer exit seems likely as he appears to be deemed surplus to requirements.
According to Sky Sports News, Championship trio Leeds, Middlesbrough and Coventry City have all expressed their interest in signing Kamara, but the former are at the front of the queue for his signature as things stand.
Rangers are believed to be holding out for a fee in the region of £5.5m for the Finland international, who is regarded as one of Leeds' top targets before the summer transfer window closes on September 1.

Staying with Leeds and Daniel Farke's side have made a £10m bid to sign Swansea City striker Joel Piroe, according to a report.
The 23-year-old has established himself as one of the Championship's best strikers over the last two years with Swansea, scoring 41 goals in 91 second-tier appearances.
However, Piroe has been linked with an exit from the South Wales club throughout this summer as he has now entered the final year of his contract.
The likes of Leicester City, Southampton and Everton have all been credited with an interest in the Dutchman this summer, but the Daily Mail reports that Leeds have come forward with a £10m offer.
The report adds that the West Yorkshire side held talks with Piroe's representatives this week, with Farke keen to win the race for his signature as he attempts to bolster his squad following several first-team departures this summer.
