Lazio striker Ciro Immobile has admitted that facing Cristiano Ronaldo in Serie A will be "very difficult" both on the pitch and in the race for top goalscorer.
The Portugal international swapped Real Madrid for Juventus earlier in July in a move believed to have cost the Serie A champions around £99m.
Immobile, who won the Silver Boot last season after scoring 41 times for Lazio from just 47 appearances, joked about how his prospects of winning more personal silverware may suffer a blow following Ronaldo's arrival.
"When Ronaldo was confirmed at Juventus, I thought: 'Thank God I had time to win the silver boot last year,'" the Italy international told A Bola.
"It will be very difficult to face him, both in the field and in the race for the best scorer. He won the prize many times and will try to repeat in Italy."
Ronaldo scored a club-record 450 goals in 438 appearances for Real, helping them to 15 trophies including four Champions League titles.
