Patrick Kisnorbo extends his loan stay from Leeds United with Ipswich Town until the end of the season.

Ipswich Town have secured the loan services of Patrick Kisnorbo until the end of the season.

The defender originally joined the Tractor Boys on a one-month deal from fellow Championship side Leeds United at the start of the month.

However, following his recent debut against Aston Villa in the FA Cup, all parties have agreed to extend his stint at Portman Road until May.

"Patrick wanted to stay with us, we wanted him to stay so obviously we're pleased it's been agreed," Ipswich manager Mick McCarthy told the club's official website.

Kisnorbo's contract with Leeds will expire in the summer.
