Fulham captain Brede Hangeland has praised the emergence of the club's youngsters during pre-season.
The Cottagers took a varied squad on their summer tour of Costa Rica, while a number of those who travelled have been given the chance to train further with the first team.
"Those boys have come up over the summer, and they did very well," Hangeland told the club's official website. "A few of them came away with the senior squad to Costa Rica, and more have trained with us throughout the summer and continue to do so."
Fulham return to Premier League action on September 14 when they play host to West Bromwich Albion.
