Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic says that his side "are in a great moment" after they brushed aside Sheffield United 3-0 to continue their promotion charge.

Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic has admitted that his side are "in a great moment" after they extended their impressive run with a 3-0 win over Sheffield United at Craven Cottage last night.

Two goals from on-loan Serbian striker Aleksandar Mitrovic and a strike from skipper Tom Cairney handed the Cottagers all three points to make it eight wins in their last 10 games - a run that has seen them defeat leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers, as well as fellow playoff contenders Aston Villa, Derby County and Middlesbrough.

The London side remain fourth in the Championship table and are currently just five points behind Cardiff City in second with 10 games of their season remaining.

"We are in a great moment. We played with confidence, we know we can beat all the Championship teams," Jokanovic told reporters after last night's game. "We are now in a challenge with ourselves.

"It's being mentally strong and pushing hard for the next step and then the next step and the next step.

"It's important we win the games, it's less important the style. For us, for myself, the style is important - for the supporters it's important we win the games."

Fulham's run of final 10 games includes seven matches against teams in the bottom half of the table, with their toughest game on paper - an away trip to eighth-placed Preston North End - coming this weekend.
