Federico Chiesa is "very happy" at Fiorentina, and is currently ignoring the transfer speculation surrounding his future, according to his father Enrico Chiesa.
The 20-year-old, who has previously been linked with Liverpool, scored six times and registered nine assists in 36 appearances for his Italian club during the 2017-18 campaign.
Napoli and Roma have both been linked with moves for the Italy international, but his father has played down suggestions that he could depart in this summer's transfer window.
"Now he has to think about the national team, because it represents a great satisfaction for him," Enrico Chiesa told reporters.
"For the rest (transfer rumours), he has a contract and he is very happy. Now he focuses on the national team and then from Monday think about enjoying a month off, because he deserves it."
Juventus, Inter Milan and AC Milan are also said to be watching the developments surrounding the Italian.
