Evian Thonon Gaillard striker Kevin Berigaud has been ruled out of action for up to six weeks with a thigh injury.
The 25-year-old Frenchman picked up the problem during his side's 2-1 home defeat to Guingamp in Ligue 1 on Saturday and was substituted with 20 minutes left in the match.
"Kevin Berigaud was hit in the right thigh during our match against Guingamp on Saturday night and further medical tests have revealed he will be unavailable for an estimated period of six weeks," reads a statement on the club's official website.
Evian are currently 16th in Ligue 1 with nine points from 10 matches.
