Sunderland frontman Fraizer Campbell has revealed his happiness at being included in Stuart Pearce's England squad to face Holland in an international friendly at Wembley next week.
The 24-year-old was a surprise inclusion in the 25-man squad following a long-term bout with injury.
Campbell suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in 2010 and has only just returned to action after months of struggle and setbacks.
The striker wrote on Twitter: "Absolutely delighted to be part of the england team. Been the longest and hardest 18 months of my life and feel truly honoured to be given a chance."
While Campbell has received his first ever England call-up, Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley will make his senior debut for the Three Lions next week.
