Crystal Palace striker Cameron Jerome has hailed his side's recent run of form but is not convinced that they are safe from relegation yet.
Tony Pulis's side won for the third game in a row as a Jason Puncheon strike helped them defeat Aston Villa at Selhurst Park, building on victories over Cardiff City and Chelsea in the past two weeks.
"It's been massive," he told Sky Sports News. "Being down there, every point is vital, and to string a mini-run together is tough to do, no matter who you play in the Premier League.
"To win at home to Chelsea, away to Cardiff and at home to Aston Villa, we're pleased with that. We've still got some way to go but, at the moment, momentum is with us.
"But we can't get carried away, and we can't get complacent. Until we are mathematically safe I won't say we are safe, but we've given ourselves an opportunity."
Palace are 12th in the Premier League with 37 points after 33 games.
