Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly ready to compete for the signature of Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham during this summer's transfer window.
The 23-year-old has scored 12 times and registered six assists in 31 appearances for the Blues this season but has struggled for regular action in recent weeks.
Abraham made a late appearance against West Ham United in the Premier League on Saturday, but he is down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge and continues to be linked with an exit.
A recent report claimed that West Ham were well positioned to move for the England international when the upcoming transfer window opens for business.
However, according to Football Insider, Wolves are also firmly in the race, with Nuno Espirito Santo's side keen to bring a new striker to the club.
The report claims that Nuno 'is a big admirer' of Abraham, who is also believed to be wanted by Aston Villa, where he spent the 2018-19 campaign on loan.
The Englishman has scored 30 goals and registered 12 assists in 81 outings for Chelsea.
