Kevin de Bruyne is close to leaving Chelsea for a club in the Bundesliga, according to a report.
The Belgian midfielder has failed to command a regular spot in Jose Mourinho's first team and it now appears that he is keen to leave Stamford Bridge.
De Bruyne spent last season on loan at Werder Bremen and scored 10 goals, and The Independent reports that a number of German clubs are interested in securing his signature.
Earlier this week, Rudi Voller, Bayer Leverkusen's director of sport, admitted that De Bruyne was a possible signing for the club.
De Bruyne joined Chelsea from Genk in 2012.
