Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly planning to raid his former club with a £15m bid to bring Branislav Ivanovic to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid are reportedly preparing to make a bid for Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic.

The 28-year-old Serbia international is under contract at Stamford Bridge until the summer of 2016 and joined the Blues for £9.7m in 2008.

Bernabeu boss Jose Mourinho wants Ivanovic, who can play in a number of positions, to become his new right-back and the Spanish champions are willing to offer the London club £15m for the player, according to the Daily Mail.

Ivanovic has made 44 Chelsea appearances this season, contributing five goals.
