Malaga reportedly emerge as the favourites to sign Chelsea's Lucas Piazon on loan.

Chelsea youngster Lucas Piazon will reportedly spend the remainder of the season on loan with Spanish side Malaga.

The Brazilian has made just three appearances in all competitions so far this campaign and officials at Stamford Bridge are said to be keen for him to gain regular starting action.

Champions League outfit Malaga were one of the first clubs to approach the Blues regarding the 18-year-old's availability and a deal will be completed before the weekend, according to talkSPORT.

Piazon joined Chelsea in 2011 from Sao Paulo.
