Inter Milan are reportedly willing to use in-demand forward Lautaro Martinez in a swap deal which would see N'Golo Kante arrive at San Siro from Chelsea.
Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is understood to have identified a reunion with Kante as one of his top transfer targets this summer as the Milan outfit look to end the Serie A title monopoly of Juventus next season.
The Blues have not categorically ruled out the possibility of cashing in on the France international amid a summer of significant expenditure, but they would demand a hefty fee before considering selling.
Inter are aware that they are unlikely to be able to afford whatever that asking price may be, and Gazzetta dello Sport reports that they have earmarked three players who could be included as part of a deal to reduce the cash outlay.
Martinez, who has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona, is the most valuable of those being considering by Inter Milan, while Milan Skriniar and Marcelo Brozovic are thought to be the other options.
Inter Milan have also made the trio available for transfer to other clubs in order to raise funds to sign Kante, who was taken to Stamford Bridge by Conte in 2016.
