Inter Milan want to sign either Marcos Alonso or Emerson Palmieri from Chelsea this summer, according to a report.

Inter Milan boss Antonio Conte is reportedly keen for either Marcos Alonso or Emerson Palmieri to join the club from Chelsea during this summer's transfer window.

Both players have struggled for regular action at Stamford Bridge this season, and it is thought that the pair could be available for transfer at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.

Inter signed Ashley Young from Manchester United in January, but according to Tuttosport, Conte still wants to add another wing-back to his squad for next season.

The report claims that Alonso and Emerson have both been identified by the Italian giants, who largely operate in a 3-5-2 formation.

Alonso's father has recently hinted that the Spaniard, who has only started seven Premier League matches this season, is looking for a return to Serie A.

Inter are currently third in Serie A, six points off leaders Juventus with a game in hand.
