Antonio Conte will reportedly attempt to convince Diego Costa to remain at Chelsea, should he become the club's new manager this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, the Italian is keen to prevent Costa from joining Atletico Madrid, who have been linked with a bid for the Spanish striker.
Conte is also said to be interested in holding talks with Eden Hazard and John Terry before deciding whether they have a future at the club, with the report indicating that the latter could be offered a one-year deal that includes coaching work.
Furthermore, the current Italy boss has allegedly earmarked 17-year-old AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma as a potential replacement for Thibaut Courtois, who has been linked with Real Madrid.
Chelsea are yet to confirm Conte as their next permanent manager, but the 46-year-old is believed to be in advanced talks with the club's hierarchy.
