Chelsea are reportedly keen to bring either Lyon's Moussa Dembele or RB Leipzig's Timo Werner to Stamford Bridge during this summer's transfer window.
The Blues are currently light of options in attack and have had to turn to Olivier Giroud in recent weeks with Tammy Abraham struggling to overcome an ankle problem.
A new forward will seemingly be a priority for Frank Lampard's side this summer, and according to the Evening Standard, Dembele is the club's preferred target in the final third of the field.
The same report, though, claims that Werner is also on the club's shortlist.
Dembele has scored 22 times in 42 appearances for Lyon during the 2019-20 campaign, while Werner - also strongly linked with Liverpool - has netted 27 goals in 36 outings for Leipzig in all competitions.
The capital giants are currently fourth in the Premier League table, three points clear of fifth-placed Manchester United with the season potentially resuming in May.
