Agent Davide Torchia has said that defender Daniele Rugani has not held talks regarding a potential exit from Juventus.
Earlier this week, it was claimed that Maurizio Sarri will target a move for the centre-back should he replace Antonio Conte at Chelsea.
However, while refusing to give assurances over Rugani's future, Torchia has insisted that "no formal offers" have been received from any interested clubs, including Lazio.
Torchia told SportItalia: "Daniele has never been offered to anyone, let alone Lazio. We can't say for sure in life that the player is off the market completely, but we can confirm no formal offers have arrived.
"He is happy to be there and Juve are happy with him. It was purely a coincidence we had this meeting after those reports. I can assure you we did not talk about Chelsea."
Last season, Rugani made 26 appearances for the Serie A giants.
