Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has revealed his "dream" to win the Ballon d'Or.
The Belgium international has been one of the Premier League's outstanding players this term, and the former Lille youngster has been earning rave reviews for his displays in a Blue shirt.
Hazard told BT Sport: "I want to win the Ballon d'Or. I think about it all the time. Nowadays the ones who win are the ones who are winning trophies for their clubs.
"To achieve [the Ballon d'Or], I know that I must give 100% in a Chelsea shirt. Jose Mourinho is very important for me. He doesn't lecture me, he gives me the freedom to express myself.
"He knows I'd rather defend than attack."
The Blues are currently top of the Premier League.
