Kevin Mirallas has spoken of his friendship with Eden Hazard ahead of the meeting between Chelsea and Everton on Saturday.
The pair met during their time at Lille when Mirallas was introduced to Hazard, who was making a name as a talented winger in the French club's youth system.
"We're going to Chelsea with him right on top of his game so let's hope he is a bit tired or has a quiet day," the Everton forward told reporters.
"We speak quite often. I am a bit older than him and have known him for a long time, so I've given him the odd bit of advice. I will be getting in his ear on the phone before the game.
"We got to know each other when he was 14 and I was 17, I was training and playing with the professionals, and I'd heard one or two things from the Lille coaching staff."
Both Mirallas and Hazard are expected to play a key role in Belgium's World Cup campaign in the summer.
