Everton forward Richarlison an injury doubt for Chelsea game?

Everton forward Richarlison reportedly missed training on Thursday and is now doubtful for Sunday's trip to Chelsea.

Everton could reportedly be without in-form forward Richarlison for their Premier League clash with Chelsea this weekend because of an injury problem.

The Brazil international has started to pay off his near-£50m transfer fee by netting six times in nine Premier League matches since arriving from Watford in the summer.

Richarlison, used in a central striking position by Marco Silva in recent games, is behind only Sergio Aguero, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Eden Hazard in the scoring charts.

Silva may have to make different plans for Sunday's trip to Stamford Bridge, however, as there are suggestions that the 21-year-old may miss out.

Sky Sports News reporter Alan Myers revealed on Twitter than Richarlison appeared to miss Thursday's training session, leaving him doubtful for the clash in West London.

Richarlison is understood to have damaged his ankle in the 3-1 home win against Brighton & Hove Albion last week.
