Guernsey Police have begun a third day of searches for missing Cardiff City striker Emiliano Sala.
Sala was on board a small aircraft which disappeared at around 8.30pm on Monday evening while en route to join up with his new Cardiff teammates following his club-record £15m switch from Nantes.
No trace has yet been found of the 28-year-old Argentine or the pilot on board the plane despite extensive searches since the aircraft went off the radar.
Guernsey Police had admitted that the chances of survival are "slim", but they have begun another day of coastal searches today.
