Leonardo Ulloa sidelined for two months

Brighton & Hove Albion striker Leonardo Ulloa will be absent until December after breaking his foot against Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday night.

Brighton & Hove Albion striker Leonardo Ulloa has been ruled out for two months with a broken foot.

Ulloa sustained the injury during Brighton's 1-1 draw with Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday night, and assistant head coach Nathan Jones has admitted that losing the Argentinian forward is a "big blow" to the club.

Jones told BBC Sussex: "It's another injury problem that we have and we'll be without him for a number of weeks.

"It is a big blow for us and it is a blow for anyone when you lose someone of that sort of quality. We have to ride it, grin and bear it and move on."

Th 27-year-old has scored four goals in seven Championship appearances this season.
