Brighton & Hove Albion manager Oscar Garcia has reportedly offered his resignation to the club following their playoff semi-final defeat against Derby County.
The Seagulls were comfortably beaten 4-1 in today's second leg at the iPro Stadium to condemn them to a 6-2 aggregate loss.
Following the game, Garcia was quick to concede that his side were second best against the Rams, and the Spaniard has tonight handed in his resignation, according to the Daily Mail.
The 41-year-old was appointed as manager of Brighton last summer.
