Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has ruled out any new signings for the club in the January transfer window.
Jurgen Klopp's squad has been hit hard with injuries in recent weeks, with the likes of Marcel Schmelzer, Mats Hummels, Neven Subotic and Ilkay Gundogan all sidelined.
The injuries have affected Dortmund's form, with only one win in six games seeing them fall to fourth in the Bundesliga table. However, Zorc believes that the side can rely on those returning from injury, rather than making new signings.
"We will rely more on the players who come back from their injuries for the returning round," Zorc told Bild.
"The good thing is that Gundogan and Schmelzer have fully trained before the Hertha game with the team. It is convenient for us that our injured guys can join the entire preparation."
Dortmund face Augsburg when they return from the winter break.
