Pep Guardiola: 'No problem with Arjen Robben style'

Bayern Munich head coach Pep Guardiola claims that he is not paying attention to critics calling Arjen Robben selfish.

Pep Guardiola has insisted that he has no intention of seeing Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben change his style of play.

Robben was recently criticised for being selfish in attacking areas in the 4-0 triumph over Stuttgart, but Guardiola claims that he is keen for the Dutchman to stick with his direct approach when he has the ball.

"Robben too selfish? Arjen Robben is Arjen Robben. I do not want to change him or his style of play," the Bayern boss told reporters.

"I want Robben to keep playing like he did when I first joined Bayern."

Robben has scored five goals in all competitions this season.
