Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar desperate for Barcelona return?

Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar is reportedly desperate to secure a summer return to former club Barcelona.

Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has reportedly told Barcelona that he would like to return to the club.

Neymar left Camp Nou for Parc des Princes during the summer of 2017 in a world-record deal, and the attacker has netted 46 goals from 50 appearances in all competitions.

However, there have been frequent reports about Neymar being unhappy in France, and El Mundo reports that the Brazil international is angling for a return to the Catalan giants.

The report claims that Neymar has phoned Barcelona on five occasions regarding a future reunion, while it is also claimed that Neymar's father has contacted club president Josep Maria Bartomeu to say that Neymar has his regrets.

PSG could potentially entertain a sale during the summer due to their ongoing issues with FFP, but Barcelona may have to pay in the region of £200m to push through a deal.
