Barcelona have confirmed that midfielder Rafinha and defender Thomas Vermaelen have suffered injuries.
Rafinha, who recently returned to action after spending almost seven months on the sidelines with an anterior cruciate ligament injury, has picked up a strain to his left adductor.
Vermaelen, who has been limited to just six starts in La Liga this season, has suffered a calf injury, and there has been no timeframe on the pair's recovery.
The injury blows come just two days before Barca's Champions League quarter-final second leg against Atletico Madrid at the Vicente Calderon.
The Catalan giants have a 2-1 lead from the first leg.
