David Navarro looking to build on Barcelona result

Levante defender David Navarro hopes that Sunday's 1-1 draw against Barcelona can inspire them in the second half of the season.

Levante defender David Navarro has called on his side to build on their 1-1 draw with Spanish champions Barcelona in Valencia at the weekend.

The result left Levante in 11th position in the table, eight points clear of the relegation zone and just one point from the top eight.

"It was a very important point against what I think is the best team out there," he told reporters at a press conference.

"We must focus on our goal and go for it as soon as possible. We're calm in our position but we can't relax. It's a comfortable gap but we have to keep looking ahead."

Levante once again host Barcelona on Wednesday in the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey.
