Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres has been tipped to continue his playing career in either Major League Soccer or the Chinese Super League.
The 34-year-old this week revealed that he will leave his current employers at the end of the season, and leading Spanish football pundit Guillem Balague believes that he will sign for a new team overseas.
"Of course he says he wants to play for another two, three, five years and the United States or China would be the next step," Balague told Sky Sports News.
"His kids speak English, so perhaps it is time to learn Chinese which he can offer to his siblings with a few years in the Far East."
Former Spain international Torres, who names Liverpool and Chelsea among his former clubs, has made 34 appearances for Atletico this season, most of which were off the bench.
