Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly made a loan offer for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho.
The Italy international was an unused substitute during his side's 3-3 draw with West Bromwich Albion on Saturday amid the speculation surrounding his future.
Arsenal have been linked with the 28-year-old and could allegedly be allowed to sign him before the end of the summer transfer window if the Blues are able to secure a deal for West Ham United's Declan Rice.
However, according to Telefoot, PSG are now firmly in the race for the central midfielder, having approached Frank Lampard's side with a loan offer.
The report claims that the two sides are now in negotiations for a player who still has three years left to run on his contract at Stamford Bridge.
Jorginho has scored 10 times and contributed three assists in 100 appearances for Chelsea since joining the London giants from Napoli in the summer of 2018.
