Arsenal's proposed move for Sheffield United goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale is supposedly on the verge of collapsing due to the Blades' asking price.
The Gunners are thought to be in the market for a new shot-stopper and have been linked with the likes of Andre Onana and Neto Moura over the summer window.
Mikel Arteta has supposedly identified Ramsdale as his number one target, though, and a recent report claimed that the Gunners were closing in on the 23-year-old's signature.
However, the Blades are understood to be holding out for a fee of £35m for the shot-stopper, and The Sun reports that Arsenal are set to pull the plug on a deal.
The outlet claims that the two parties were not able to come to an agreement over a price tag, and Ramsdale has been left 'gutted' after being informed that Arsenal would move on to other targets.
Ramsdale was not included in Sheffield United's squad for their recent EFL Cup win over Carlisle, but Blades boss Slavisa Jokanovic insisted that his absence was not transfer-related.
