Lille winger Nicolas Pepe has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Arsenal.
The Gunners were active during the summer window, but new boss Unai Emery opted to focus his attention on strengthening in defensive areas of the pitch.
However, according to The Mirror, that has not stopped the Spaniard from looking at reinforcements in the final third and Pepe is said to have made an impact on the transfer team at the Gunners.
The 23-year-old has already netted 17 goals from 42 appearances for Lille in Ligue 1, with five goals and three assists coming from eight outings in the current campaign.
Pepe still has just under four years remaining on his contract, but that is unlikely to stop strong interest in his signature during January.
