Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain reveals that he still has plenty to learn from the experienced members of the Arsenal squad.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has revealed that he is still learning from the experienced members of the Arsenal squad.

The 18-year-old, who is currently the youngest member of the Arsenal senior squad, has received a number of plaudits for his performances in the Premier League this season.

Despite the praise, the England youth international has insisted that he is still looking to improve at the Emirates Stadium.

"Arsene Wenger told me I've got everything it takes and that I had to put pressure on him to play [me] and start turning heads," he told BBC Sport. "I'm the least experienced player here and I listen to all the constructive criticism of the players here. You listen and you learn."

Oxlade-Chamberlain has scored two Premier League goals this season.
