Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale reportedly has a 50-50 chance of being fit for Monday's Premier League showdown with Crystal Palace.
The 23-year-old picked up a hip injury just before the international break and was forced to pull out of the England squad for March's friendlies with Switzerland and Ivory Coast.
Bernd Leno deputised for Ramsdale in the 1-0 win at Aston Villa earlier this month, and Mikel Arteta initially conceded that his number one would be out for "a few weeks" with the issue.
Now, the Daily Mail reports that Ramsdale remains a major doubt for the trip to Selhurst Park on Monday, with the Gunners not prepared to take any risks on their number one with a capable back-up in Leno ready to deputise.
The report adds that Ramsdale is slowly making progress in his recovery, and his fitness levels over the weekend's training sessions will determine whether he can return for the meeting with the Eagles.
Ramsdale has kept 12 clean sheets in 24 Premier League appearances for Arsenal this season - only Ederson and Alisson Becker have recorded more shut-outs in the top flight.
