Cesare Prandelli: 'Galatasaray must be brave against Arsenal'

Cesare Prandelli urges his players to be brave when Galatasaray meet Arsenal in the Champions League on Wednesday.

Cesare Prandelli has told his Galatasaray players that they must be positive if they are to taste success against Arsenal on Wednesday night.

Galatasaray head into the Group D meeting as underdogs to claim anything at the Emirates Stadium, but Prandelli believes that the key for his side will be to stick to their own style.

"We are playing against a quality, experienced team at their own ground, and so will have to be a bit more controlled in our game," the Italian told reporters. "We should be running enough to close all of the gaps and we should play our own game.

"We will make sure whenever we lose the ball, we will get it back quicker. We have to be brave, to be courageous and make sure we play our own style.

"For us, it is important to get out as a team, to defend strong. We must have respect, that is important, but not be afraid."

Prandelli's side started their campaign with a 1-1 draw against Anderlecht earlier this month.
