Percy Harvin put on sesaon-ending injury reserve

The Buffalo Bills place wide receiver Percy Harvin on season-ending injury reserve.

Wide reciever Percy Harvin is out for the season after the Buffalo Bills placed him on injury reserve.

The wideout has missed the team's last two games, and Bills general manager Doug Whaley admitted on Friday that the former Seattle Seahawks could be put on IR due to a knee injury.

The Super Bowl champion was reportedly considering retirement after he missed the team's Wembley loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and now looks to have played his final game for Buffalo, with his contract expiring at the end of the season.

Harvin had 19 catches for 218 yards and one touchdown in five games for the Bills after managing just eight matches last year for the New York Jets.

The former Minnesota Viking has scored 22 touchdowns since joining the league in 2009 and won Super Bowl 48 with the Seahawks in 2014.
