Bakary Sako reveals Aston Villa, West Bromwich Albion interest

Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Bakary Sako says that Premier League pair Aston Villa and West Bromwich Albion are interested in signing him.

Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Bakary Sako has revealed that both Aston Villa and West Bromwich Albion are interested in signing him.

The 27-year-old is expected to leave Molineux this summer when his contract expires, after Wolves narrowly missed out on securing a place in the Championship playoffs.

When asked if either Villa or West Brom had made an offer to sign him, Sako told the Express & Star: "They're both interested but there are other Premier League clubs as well.

"I have some offers from the Premier League and some from abroad, but I want to play in the Premier League."

Sako joined Wolves from Saint-Etienne in 2012.
