Sports Mole looks ahead to the World Cup qualifier between Spain and France as they fight for top spot in Group I.

Spain and France go head to head in their Group I World Cup qualifier tomorrow with both sides on maximum points in the table.

The reigning champions will hope to stay on top when they welcome Didier Deschamps's men to the Vicente Calderon in Madrid following their convincing 4-0 win over Belarus.

Meanwhile, Les Bleus are determined to overcome their recent friendly 1-0 defeat to Japan and leapfrog their Spanish opponents, who top the group on goal difference alone.

Cesc Fabregas is likely to keep his role up front after he was picked ahead of Chelsea striker Fernando Torres last week, whole Andres Iniesta could return to the fold after being rested against Belarus.

Meanwhile, Karim Benzema and Franck Ribery should lead the line for France, while Newcastle United's Yohan Cabaye is likely to line the midfield.

Current form:

Spain: WWWWW
France: LDWWL

Possible lineups:

Spain: Casillas; Arbeloa, Albiol, Ramos, Alba; Xavi, Busquets, Alonso; Pedro, Fabregas, Iniesta

France: Lloris; Debuchy, Koscielny, Sakho, Evra; Sissoko, Cabaye, Matuidi; Menez, Benzema, Ribery

Sports Mole says: 3-1
