Team News: Roma make three changes for Napoli clash

Roma boss Rudi Garcia makes three changes to his side for the Serie A fixture with Napoli.

Roma manager Rudi Garcia has handed a start to forward Juan Iturbe for his side's clash with Napoli on Saturday morning.

The Argentine has struggled for goals this campaign, but he comes in for Gervinho in attack in one of three alterations from the 1-0 win at Cesena.

Vasilis Torosidis and Miralem Pjanic have also come into the team in place of Salih Ucan and Seydou Doumbia.

As for Napoli, manager Rafael Benitez has made four changes to the team that could only draw 1-1 with Atalanta before the international break.

Raul Albiol and Faouzi Ghoulam have been brought into the defence, while Jorginho and Dries Mertens earn a start further forward.

Dropping out of the side are Henrique, Kalidou Koulibaly, Gokhan Inler and Manolo Gabbiadini.

Roma De Sanctis; Torosidis, Manolas, Astori, Holebas; Pjanic, De Rossi, Nainggolan; Florenzi, Ljajic, Iturbe

Napoli: Andujar; Maggio, Albiol, Britos, Ghoulam; Jorginho, David Lopez; Callejon, De Guzman, Mertens; Higuain
