The visitors were reduced to 10 men in the first half when Besart Berisha was dismissed, but they held on to secure a valuable point against their hosts.
Glory had competed well with Brisbane throughout the opening 30 minutes, and their cause was aided when Berisha was sent off for two yellow cards.
However, having an extra man didn't help Perth during the opening stages of the second half as Brisbane dominated, with Henrique and Thomas Broich both missing decent chances for Roar.
Shane Smeltz went close for Perth as they attempted to change the momentum of the match with 20 minutes to go, but after Sidnei fired wide from long range, Brisbane were able to celebrate an impressive point.
