Steve Wigley: 'We need more attacking quality'

Assistant manager Steve Wigley admits that Nottingham Forest need 'more attacking quality' after a frustrating 0-0 draw with Rotherham United.

Nottingham Forest assistant manager Steve Wigley admitted that the Reds need 'more attacking quality' after they were held to a 0-0 draw by Rotherham United this afternoon.

Forest were frustrated throughout the game, most notably when Dexter Blackstock saw his second-half goal disallowed for an apparent push.

"It was a tight game and probably a fair result in the end," Wigley told the club's official website.

"We were disappointed to have Dexter's goal wiped out, but we need to have more quality, creativity and endeavour around the final third. We defended well and the only way we were going to concede a goal was from 25 or 30 yards."

"I think both teams will take a point, but three would have a been a lot better."

Nottingham Forest, who climb to ninth in the table as a result of the draw, continue their Championship campaign when they host Leeds United at the City Ground on December 20.
