Roberto Mancini has revealed that Pablo Zabaleta will miss Manchester City's visit of Swansea City on Saturday evening.

The versatile Argentine picked up a hamstring strain during the international break and has joined several of his City teammates on the injured list.

David Silva also picked up a muscle problem while representing his country last week and is unavailable for the Premier League champions.

Three of Mancini's summer recruits, Maicon, Javi Garcia and Jack Rodwell remain absent for the encounter with Michael Laudrup's side
