Leicester City have confirmed the signing of Andrej Kramaric from HNK Rijeka in what is believed to be a club-record deal.
The 23-year-old, who has scored 28 goals in 31 appearances for the Croatian outfit this season, reportedly turned down interest from Chelsea to join the Foxes.
A move has been in the pipeline for a few days, although Leicester have now revealed that the Dinamo Zagreb academy product has agreed personal terms and passed a medical.
Kramaric will sign a contract to June 2018 once a work permit has been granted at the King Power Stadium, meaning that he will not be registered in time for this weekend's visit of Aston Villa in the Premier League.
The fee agreed between the two clubs is said to be in the region of £10m, which surpasses Leicester's previous record bid of £8m paid out for Leonardo Ulloa last summer.
