Team News: Lazio, Bologna ring the changes on Serie A final day

Both Lazio and Bologna make several changes to their side for their final-day Serie A clash.

Lazio boss Edoardo Reja has made four changes to his side for their final-day clash with Bologna in Serie A.

Cristian Ledesma, Antonio Candreva, Stefan Radu and Senad Lulic all come into the side from the 4-1 defeat to Inter Milan last week.

Lorik Cana, Alvaro Gonzalez, Ogenyi Onazi and Felipe Anderson all drop out of Reja's side.

Already-relegated Bologna have made eight changes from their defeat to Catania last time out. Only Cesare Natali, Archimede Morleo and Frederik Sorensen keep their places from the loss.

Lazio: Berisha, Pereirinha, Biava, Dias, Radu, Biglia, Ledesma, Lulic, Candreva, Klose, Keita
